Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy is so that there is clear understanding between us. This is part of the work in boundaries that you are participating in. This allows you to know exactly where you stand and where we stand.

All session booked and paid for are non-refundable. Before purchasing any sessions or a program it is important that you fully read and thoroughly understand our cancellation policy.

If you need to change scheduled sessions, please provide at least 48 hours so that they can be rescheduled.

If you are purchasing a program or private mentoring and agreed to pay in instalments, you are responsible for the entire amount originally agreed to. There are no refunds or early terminations for these services.

All mentoring must be booked four weeks in advance and four weeks’ notice must be provided to terminate. All fees must be paid four weeks in advance.
