Chloe.
Chloe was overwhelmed with negative emotions, a victim mentality, and feelings of resentment, anger, and irritation. Despite trying counseling and other therapies, she saw little change.
Her immune system suffered, and she constantly felt in “doing mode.” Through holistic practices, Chloe stopped self-soothing with food and shopping, and was able to quiet her busy mind.

Molly.
